Due to conditions beyond our control we are experiencing a higher than normal request for our products. As a result of this we may not able to answer our phones, ship order out, or reply to email in a timely manner.

Currently orders are taking about 6-8 weeks and up. Your time is valuable and we are asking that you place your order and then wait until after you have heard from us as to when you can expect your order to be shipped. As of current we are trying to process orders as fast as we can. If you don't hear from us after the 8 weeks then contact us by email to find out the status of your order. If you are having us ship your product to you a notice will be sent out with UPS or USPS when the order is on its way. In most cases we are not able to fill your order with all the product that you are asking for, so we are shipping what we have only at that time and ask that if you would like the remainder of your order to reorder again and we will then ship out what we have at that time. Due to limited supply some items might not be available at all. We are doing everything we can to process your order in a timely manner but at this time that is 4-6 weeks and longer. If you are shipping with UPS you will receive and email from them with your tracking #. You can track it online at UPS or on our web site with your sales order # ( this nuber is a 5 digit # that will be emailed to you with your sales order confirmation on it.
